What should I do if property is damaged during the move?
Olift offers you a moving service. We have all the equipment, tools, utilities and professionals needed to ensure the best move. When you entrust us with your move through a free estimate, we intervene to make it effective. With the skills of the personnel and the tools, we offer safe work. To benefit from our moving services, you must request a free quote. We are always careful in carrying out the tasks intended for the move. However, it can always happen that one of your goods is damaged. In this case, our insurance takes care of this incident. We are a moving company with insurance.
How can I hire a lift?
For our cheap Belgium lift rental service, we do everything we can to make the rental process simple and accessible. Thus, to rent a lift, you can request a free quote. As a reminder, we have several models of lifts. You must therefore specify the type of lift that will meet your needs.
Can I store my belongings at Olift?
Olift offers a storage service for your furniture and other items if you are in need. You can use our storage service to recover your goods to be stored. We come to your home to collect and store your belongings in our boxes of different sizes. For any volume of items to be stored, we have the solution for you.
How long is the move?
We cannot give you a precise answer. The duration of the move depends on several parameters such as the volume to be moved, the distance, the traffic, etc. The duration of a move can therefore vary depending on these few elements mentioned. In any case, we intervene as soon as possible to ensure your move.
Who is responsible for reserving parking for the lift?
When you wish to rent a lift, you must take responsibility for fulfilling all the conditions necessary for the installation of the system. Therefore, you are responsible for fulfilling all legal obligations with your town hall. You must rent a parking space allowing us to install the lift.
What types of moving trucks do you offer?
We offer moving trucks and moving vans. The trucks have a capacity of 30 m3 and the vans are smaller. Before renting your removal truck, you must therefore take stock of your needs in order to have a suitable means of transport.
