Price of a furniture lift in Brussels in 2026: what affects the cost

The price of a furniture lift in Brussels mainly depends on three things: the floor, the duration of the job and the day. Here is how the price is calculated, with our 2026 rates.

The basic rate: per hour, by floor

At Ôlift.be, the lift is charged by the hour, operator and insurance included, Monday to Saturday in Brussels:

  • 1st to 5th floor: €65 excl. VAT, i.e. €78.65 incl. VAT
  • 6th floor: €75 excl. VAT, i.e. €90.75 incl. VAT
  • 7th floor: €85 excl. VAT, i.e. €102.85 incl. VAT
  • 8th floor: €95 excl. VAT, i.e. €114.95 incl. VAT
  • 9th floor: €110 excl. VAT, i.e. €133.10 incl. VAT

Beyond the booked time, each 30-minute block costs €40 excl. VAT, i.e. €48.40 incl. VAT.

What makes the price vary

  • Duration: a studio often takes one hour; a furnished flat with several bedrooms may take longer. Good preparation (dismantled furniture, boxes ready, people to load) shortens the job.
  • Access: street width, façade layout, distance between the lift and the truck.
  • The day: Sundays and public holidays are possible, on quote.
  • Distance: outside Brussels, travel costs may be added.
  • Combined services: the lift alone, or lift + truck + extra movers for a full move (see our packages).

What is included

The lift, its operator and professional liability insurance for the lift job. The parking permit, to be requested from the municipality, remains the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated in the quote.
